When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 10th, 2025.

Ceremony Start Time?

The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. We'd recommend getting to the venue around 4:15 pm or 4:30 pm.

Reception Start Time?

We will be moving to the reception area under the Pavilion immediately after the ceremony is over.

Dress code?

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation was addressed just to you, yes! Please also indicate you'd like to bring a plus one on the RSVP form.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, kids of all ages are welcome and will be listed in your party when you RSVP. Please be aware that music may be played with explicit lyrics, and we will be providing beer and wine at the reception.

Reception Menu?

The reception dinner will be a buffet-style meal provided by Happy Catering. The menu includes a wide variety of options including but not limited to Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Scampi, salad, Mediterranean herb veggie orzo, white gouda mac and cheese, and grilled veggies.

Alcohol Options?

We will be providing beer and wine during our reception. Per venue policy, no outside alcohol is allowed at the venue.

Will there be a smoking area?

There will be a designated smoking area.

Parking?

There will be a lot behind the venue. Once you turn onto 89th St S, you'll follow the path toward the dead-end sign. Cars can be left overnight but will need to be retrieved the day after.

Transportation to the Venue?

Driving will be the easiest method to get to and from the venue. Uber and Lyft are also available if needed.

Hotels?

We have reserved a couple of blocks of rooms at two hotels in Trussville, AL. Both options are about a 10-15 minutes drive away from Gabrella Manor. Please see the Travel portion of our site for more details.

Outdoors or Indoors?

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors. The reception will also be outdoors but under the Pavilion.

In case of rain?

Gabrella does have a rain plan, in which the ceremony and reception will both be held under the Pavilion
